Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
Routinely update Territory Manager about any information, suggestions, criticism related to the activity and results of the territory.
Train and develop dealers based on the related task and in line with the company’s training policy.
Make routine visits to all potential fields to ensure the availability of our products.
Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per budget.
Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery reports to immediate supervisors.
Organize dealers briefing sessions as and when required.
Organize road shows and other promotional events.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Graduation in any discipline.
Additional Requirements: Age at most 31 years
01- 02 year experience in the relevant industry will get preference.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
Sound communication, social and selling skills.
Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Interested to pursue a career in Sales outside Dhaka.
