Job Responsibilities
Professional Customer Service.
Respond incoming emails from (USA/International) customers, inquiries and questions, complaints handling and provide information properly.
Excellent Communication skill with customers appropriately.
Ensure customers satisfaction.
Make report to top management.
Having well manner and good behavior.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
Must Be Excellent Writing in English.
Good in English typing speed.
Computer & internet Browsing skilled

Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 40 years
