To monitor and coordinate all auditing job with overseas and local production facilities /customer/ buying houses /other Intertek offices. Identify the needs of training, submit to the team leader or above and conduct as per the plan.
To follow-up Auditing request /schedule based on clients, suppliers and Overseas Intertek office’s requirement and update regularly.
Follow up with coordinators that all files were properly ready before the audit/ returned after the audit with all necessary things and reports are properly send/uploaded on time.
Interfacing and answering any query raised by customers, local authorities, overseas colleagues and management with the help of Manager/ Supervisor/ Sr. Auditor.
Assist the team leader for marketing the Auditing services locally and internationally when appropriate.
To follow up invoice are checked before sending.
To arrange any record, status and summary for clients and overseas office whenever needed.
To assist the team leader to arrange the program/ meeting/ training with customer, supplier, factories whenever required.
Closely monitor the Coordinator’s work and assist them if require.
