Job Responsibilities
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Manage a team of marketing people for working on brand initiatives.
Lead creative development to motivate the targeted people.
Establish performance specifications, cost & price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Monitor product distribution and consumers’ reactions.
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: MBA from IBA, Dhaka University & IBA, Jahangirnagar University.

Experience Requirements: 5 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, Relationship Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Additional Requirements: Age 35 to 45 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate must have computer literacy.
Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
Good command on both spoken and written English.
Proven working experience as a Brand Manager.
Proven ability to develop brand & marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to the executives.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Excellent understanding in marketing mix and culture.
Strong analytical skills with a creative mind.
Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers.
Outstanding communication skills.
Up-to-date with latest trends and best marketing practices.
