Above IT is hiring Customer Service Executive for Help Center. She will have to answer incoming & outgoing calls from customers who wants to know about our services, answer customer query, manage complaints and troubleshoot critical call queries. She will have the Sense of responsibilities, analytical ability.
- Maintaining the relationship between company and customers.
- Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
Perform every call actively to solve client’s problem.
- Take feedback from customer about service.
- Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Skills Required: call center executive, data entry operator, Social Media Management
- Age 18 to 24 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Bangla and English Typing Must be known
