Promoting Safe Migration for the Women of Bangladesh project
Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
The duration of the proposed contract is up to April 2021.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibility # 1: Partner capacity building and provide necessary support:
Partner capacity analysis and make a details plan.
Facilitate training and on the job support considering quality, exit and sustainability.
Organize and facilitate training/meeting/workshop for partners, staffs and facilitators.
Participate/ contribute to develop new curriculum for project.
Review PNGO plans and targets.
Develop Annual Operation Plan and detail Implementation Plan.
Employment Status: Contractual
Educational Requirements: Preferably Master’s degree in Education or any Social Science from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 4 year(s)
