Job Context
Northern Tosrifa Group, a reputed company, manufacturing garments for world class global brands is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager, HR, Admin & Compliance. The person will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support and maintaining a congenial work environment to facilitate on time production and delivery of shipments.

HR Admin & Compliance (Manager) – Responsibilities

Liaise with Operation Head and HODs to align HR services to customer expectation
Develop, execute and evaluate departmental annual budget to stay effective and efficient
Ensure on time recruitment of workers and supervisors at the plant for smooth plant operation
Ensure Induction of all new employees / workers that helps adapt to new environment
Implement all HR, Admin policies and the social compliance standards and buyer’s COC in the production floor to stay safe, more productive and compliant
Assist Corporate HR in timely performance appraisal process
Establish standard grievance procedure to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts
Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism and unsatisfactory performance
Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at plant and evaluate for improvement
Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them
Liaise with Govt and non-govt agencies like environment office, police station, fire & civil department, local clinic / hospitals, BGMEA, compliance auditors, local influencers etc to maintain work environment
Employment Status

Educational Requirements
MBA / Master’s degree in any discipline
PGD in HRM / Compliance will get preference
Experience Requirements
8 to 12 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, General HR, Organizational Development
Additional Requirements
Age 32 to 40 years
Applicants having experience in Garments Industry are encouraged to apply
Able to lead a team
Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems
Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations
Conversant with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication
